Improvement of theoretical training of athletes in ukrainian belt wrestling at the stages of multi-year sports training

The growing popularity of Ukrainian belt wrestling in Ukraine and the world is due to peculiarities rules match, unlike other types wrestling. Research methods: (analysis scientific methodological, regulatory historical literature), pedagogical (pedagogical observation, testing, training), medical biological (heart rate, blood pressure), mathematical research methods. Conclusions: most significant changes occurred experimental group, which increased by 33.2%, psychological emotional state group improved 29.7%, technical tactical 28 .5%, physical fitness 11.8%.
